"Waited well over an hour past my appointment time with no explanation. Nobody at the desk seemed to know what was going on."

Priya, I'm really sorry about the wait — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. I'd like to look into what happened; could you give the clinic a call so we can make it right?

Unanswered reviews cost you more than you think

A review sitting unanswered for a week doesn’t just look neglectful — it’s a signal Google’s own ranking reads, and a signal your next customer reads before they’ve even walked in. Most business owners know they should reply to every review. Almost none have the time to actually do it, every day, for every location.

What silence actually costs you
×56% of customers say how a business responds to a review changes their opinion of it — for better or worse.
×Half of customers are put off by generic, obviously copy-pasted replies — simply "responding" isn't enough if it doesn't sound like you.
×81% of customers now expect a reply within a week of posting — and the bar keeps rising every year.

ReviewFlow is an AI-assisted Google review reply service for UK businesses. It monitors your Google Business Profile, drafts replies to new reviews in your brand's voice, and either posts them automatically — for reviews you've told it are safe to auto-approve — or sends them to you for a one-tap approval, edit, or reject, before anything goes live.

How it works

Four steps, from new review to a reply your customers actually see

01

We watch your profile

New review lands on Google — we see it within minutes, not when you next remember to check.

02

AI drafts your reply

Written in your brand's voice, aware of what actually matters for your type of business.

03

You stay in control

Happy reviews can post automatically if you want. Anything sensitive comes straight to you first.

04

It posts, you get proof

Reply goes live. Every month, a plain-English report on coverage, speed, and rating trends.

You’re always the one in control

Every review that could be sensitive — a complaint, anything mentioning a real concern, anything the AI isn’t fully confident about — gets flagged for you before it ever goes public. You get the exact draft, a plain-English reason it was flagged, and three buttons: Approve, Edit, or Reject.

Nothing posts without that gate — no exceptions.

Questions

Straight answers

No — ReviewFlow learns your brand voice from how you actually talk to customers, and every reply is written specifically for the review it’s replying to, not pulled from a template.

Anything the AI isn’t confident about gets sent to you for approval before it posts, with a plain-English reason why. You can edit it or skip it entirely.

No. You set the threshold — straightforward positive reviews can post automatically if you’d like, and only the ones that need a human eye come to you.

Google’s native AI reply tool isn’t available in the UK yet, and even where it exists, it doesn’t give you an approval gate or a monthly performance report — ReviewFlow does both.

ReviewFlow uses manager-level access to your Google Business Profile — we never see or need your Google password.
